Hi everyone,
Attached is the Agenda for the 1st Quarterly Meeting of Rostrum State Council, which is to follow immediately after the AGM (the Agenda for which you will have received from Fmn Linley Grant - also see attachment).

Being the 1st meeting for the incoming State President, it'd be "just nice" to have a good role up, so please publicise this important meeting - it does set the Agenda for the coming year - within your clubs.

Some important items for consideration include:
- appointments for unfilled positions on the Council (do you know of any potential candidates?)
- our approach to training for the forthcoming year(s)
- demonstration of the all important revamped website by Keith Kube.

Club Secretaries - please email your club reports me, to be received no later than 28th February, 2006.

You'll note that the meeting is scheduled to finish at 12-45 p.m. (our first challenge for the day) so that we can then adjourn for lunch and perhaps discuss our expectations for the year informally over the meal.
