ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - AUSTRALIAN ROSTRUM TASMANIA INC. 2007 immediately followed by the first State Council meeting
Hi everyone,
I confirm the Launceston venue for the AGM/SC meeting has been confirmed and I attach:

5 Notice of Motion - amendment to By-Laws (as submitted by Club 14)
Please bring copy of the above documents with you.
Please also remember to submit your club reports (as per this template) for this last quarter . Also required are Office Bearer reports for the AGM and State Council meetings as listed on the Agendas.
A sandwich lunch, subsidised for the amount of $6 per person will be provided. We'll have a short lunch break during the State Council Meeting.
There is carparking directly opposite the Adult Ed Centre in York St, or in Vincent St (off George St) behind the venue.
The AGM is to start at 10:30 am sharp, and will be followed by the State council meeting starting at 11:30
