Join Club 23 for its 50 year celebration later this year.
Do you remember 1958?
- The U.S. finally launched its first satellite, Explorer 1.
- Nikita Khrushchev became the Premier of the Soviet Union.
- Brazil won the World Cup.
- Subscriber Trunk Dialling was introduced in Britain.
It is also the year that Rostrum Club 23 was inaugurated.
A Dinner will be held to recognise this event during August or September on a date to be announced.
Invitations will be prepared in the next few months to invite rostrum members to join in the celebrations with dinner, speakers of renown, recognition of foundation member and entertainment.
