2018 SA/NT Zone Final

Saturday evening June 23rd, saw SA/NT Rostrum VOY conduct its Zone Finals in Parliament House Adelaide. The evening was well attended by students, parents, teachers and of course our Rostrum Members who chaired and adjudicated the eight very articulate students as they presented their prepared and short notice speeches. Rostrum congratulates all of the speakers, whose standard of speeches as always is amazing. The winners, who went on to compete in the National Finals in Perth later in July 2018, were…

  • Junior: Evelyn Vincin Walker (Saint Ignatius College)
  • Senior: Cooper Everett (Trinity College, Gawler River)

Both Cooper and Evelyn did us proud in a very high-standard competition. Particular congratulation to Evelyn who came 3rd in the Junior Finals. All of the twelve young speakers entertained us with well-prepared and well scripted speeches.
